The UAA Alaska Cooperative Development Center and Northwest Cooperative Development Center invite you to a presentation on Resident Owned Communities (ROC), a housing co-op model for manufactured homes parks. This model allows residents to collectively own the park, empowering them with control over site fees, park rules, and the community's condition—including roads, water, electricity, waste-water systems, and landscaping.
